Methods we use to customize your treatment plan

We work with each client individually to create a customized treatment plan. Your needs, desires, boundaries, and expectations will be taken into account as part of my collaborative process. With that being said, here are a few of the treatment methods we use in our work.

Attachment-based focus

 

This lens helps us explore how your relationships with yourself and others. Understanding the way you relate can help you have more fulfilling, connected relationships.

Narrative therapy

Using a narrative approach helps us understand how you make meaning of your experience in life. From there, we can make changes to help you feel empowered by your internal story.
