I am a relationship therapist, but what does this really mean? Simply put, I focus on relationships with my clients. Relationships with parents, partners, friends, children, the body, money, work etc. Any relationship you can think of. Most importantly, we will work on the relationship you have with yourself, which alters each and every relationship that you have in your life. As a relationship therapist, I help my clients explore the person they look at in the mirror each day. I guide my clients to understand themselves on a deeper, richer level, helping them navigate the many relationships they have in their lives. Relationships are everything and everywhere and looking through this lens puts YOU at the forefront of the work.
