Casey Linder, LCSW

Psychotherapist

Taking the first step is hard. Especially when you're facing anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, family conflict, body image concerns, or a major life transition. My sessions offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. I bring genuine warmth, curiosity, and honesty to every session. While I'll always meet you with compassion, I'll also gently challenge you to grow, because real change happens when you feel both supported and stretched. The therapeutic relationship itself becomes a foundation for healing. Using a strengths-based, collaborative approach, I draw on CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy to help you explore the core beliefs shaping how you see yourself and relate to others. So much of what keeps us stuck plays out in our relationships—with others and with ourselves. Together, we'll examine those patterns, understand where they come from, and build new ways of connecting and responding that feel more authentic and fulfilling. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults, and welcome the opportunity to support you on that journey.
