I’m a compassionate therapist here to support you as you navigate the uncertainty and challenges that life can bring—whether you’re dealing with anxiety, relationship or family conflict, self‑esteem struggles, life transitions, or the complexities of parenthood. My goal is to help you make sense of the pressures, the tough moments, and the small wins that show up in your day‑to‑day life. In our work together, I create a warm, welcoming space where you can explore what might be holding you back and begin building confidence in your most authentic self. I’ll support you, challenge you when it’s helpful, and walk with you as you grow. I also have additional training in perinatal mental health and work closely with women during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood. My hope is to offer a safe, nurturing space where you feel heard, understood and supported. Some days may feel overwhelming, and others may be filled with sweet moments—and I’m here for all of it. Together, we will navigate the worry, overwhelm, identity changes, and pressures. With warmth, empathy, and evidence‑based care, we’ll work toward building resilience, strengthening your self‑trust, and supporting your emotional well‑being.
